Journal of British Studies is hosted by University of Pittsburgh

From 2014 to 2019, the University of Pittsburgh hosts the editorial offices of the Journal of British Studies (JBS) with Dr. Holger Hoock, the J. Carroll Amundson Professor of British History, serving as editor-in-chief. Founded in 1961 by the North American Conference on British Studies, and published quarterly by Cambridge University Press, JBS has positioned itself as the critical resource for scholars of British history and culture from the Middle Ages through to the present.
