HIST 2000: Professionalization Seminar

This required course introduces incoming graduate students to the discipline of History, our graduate program, and professional issues ranging from the academic and non-academic job markets to publishing and conference participation. Students will work on their individual research by identifying sources in both online databases and physical archives, as well as writing and revising a grant proposal related to their current project.
